We enter a new chapter — a first-of-its-kind concept in Singapore dedicated to Japanese-inspired ice cream parfaits.
Each month, our menu presents three parfaits: two seasonal creations that evolve with the months, and Eve’s Garden, our beloved signature, a mainstay that continues to delight with its timeless charm.
Every parfait is paired with tea mocktails, exquisite wines, and inventive tea cocktails — designed to complement and elevate each layer of flavor.

In Collaboration with Savencia
This season, we're delighted to collaborate with Savencia, featuring thoughtfully selected ingredients from brands including Elle & Vire, Adamance, Republica del Cacao, and Norohy.
Rather than simply showcasing premium ingredients, this collection explores how each one contributes to flavour, texture and balance. Every ingredient has been chosen with intention, quietly supporting the stories behind Minori, Komorebi and our signature Eve's Garden.
