Each month, our menu presents three parfaits: two seasonal creations that evolve with the months, and Eve’s Garden, our beloved signature, a mainstay that continues to delight with its timeless charm.
Every parfait is paired with tea mocktails, exquisite wines, and inventive tea cocktails — designed to complement and elevate each layer of flavor.

This Lunar New Year collaboration brings together Chef-Founder Jiawen of Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie and Head Chef Ezekiel of Synthesis, united by a shared curiosity for flavour, balance, and thoughtful craft. Rooted in TCM-inspired thinking and modern patisserie technique, the collaboration explores how traditional Chinese ingredients can be reinterpreted through contemporary dessert and drinks.

For this collaboration, Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie presents a special TCM-inspired parfait, Meiwa 明和, while Synthesis has created two accompanying beverages — the Discovery 探花 Cocktail and Mémoire 冬忆 Mocktail — completing the experience.
